Under the Mukhyamantri Vayoshri Yojana, Maharashtra State Government provides financial assistance of ₹ 3000 monthly to the elderly above 65 years of age of Maharashtra state. Under this scheme, priority is given to elders who have come in the category of super senior citizens or elders who are disabled, financially or physically disabled. These elders are provided financial assistance as well as other types of assistance in this scheme.

Mukhyamantri Vayoshri Yojana is a welfare scheme launched by Maharashtra State Government which was launched on 16 February 2024 in Maharashtra. Vayoshri Yojana Eligibility Criteria

Under the Chief Minister Vayoshri, the applicants have to check the following eligibility parameters. 

• The benefit of this scheme will be given only to the elderly of Maharashtra.
• To take advantage of this scheme, the age of the elderly is required to be more than 65 years.
• Only those whose family annual income is less than 2 lakh can get the benefits of this scheme.
• The elderly who take advantage of this scheme are required to have an age certificate, senior citizen card, bank account and mobile number linked to Aadhaar card.
