•  In this scheme, the applicants are now being provided financial assistance of Rs 150000 instead of 120000.
•  If a job card holder applies in this scheme, then additional assistance of ₹ 30000 is also being given to him.
• At the same time, under the Swachh Bharat Yojana, additional assistance of ₹ 12000 is also being provided to every applicant for every house toilet scheme.
• Also, candidates who are working in the MNREGA or NREGA scheme are paid 70,000 as soon as the employment condition of 90 days is completed on the card basis.

• The last date for applying under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has been fixed on 31 March 2025.
