The North Central railway prayagraj have invited total 1679 candidates for different vacancies in the department including Fitter, Welder, Armature Winder, Machinist, Carpenter, Electrician, Painter General, Mechanic Diesel etc. the recruitment notification was released on 19 September 2024. And all 10th pass ITI candidates applied in this recruitment drive. The authority have released first and second merit list earlier to recruit a total of 1679 vacancies in the department. But after failing to fulfill vacant positions in last 2 merit list, department is inviting the rest of the candidates to fulfill the vacant positions in the third merit list in 2025.

The prayagraj zone of North Central railway has released the notification of the 3rd merit list under the apprenticeship notification 01/2024 on 8 March 2025. There are 463 candidates who will eligible to appear in the document verification which is scheduled on 19 and 20 March 2025.
